10.611 — Grain Milling

This subclass includes: - grain milling: production of flour, semolina, groats, meal or pellets of wheat, rye, oats, maize (corn) or other cereal grains - manufacture of flour mixes and prepared blended flour and dough for bread, cakes, biscuits or pancakes, etc.

This subclass excludes: - preparation of crops for primary markets (e.g. cleaning, trimming, grading etc.), see 01.63 - grain drying on a fee or contract basis, see 01.63 - wet corn milling, see 10.62
